  • To plan quality related training program once in 3 months
  • To bring down the customer complaints to below 2% during the year 2010 - 2011
  • To improve customer feedback by 85% during the year 2010-2011

As said by Mr: William A. foster, we have given utmost importance to quality assurance in our organization. We make sure that our final range is delivered defect free at the client's end. Our experts closely scrutinize the entire range right from the procurement till the time of final delivery. This has enabled us to offer high quality products at affordable prices. We also have R&;D and quality control labs. These labs have all the latest and modern testing equipment. Our experts make use of these equipment to conduct frequent quality tests. These experts also follow certain guidelines, as specified by “Singapore Housing Development Board”. All our products are tested in accordance with the European and American Standards.   • To improve Customer satisfaction about product quality by 90% during the year 2013-2015, compared to last year CSI.
